Refund Policy

Certain features of Denverhotwife.com require payment of recurring subscription fees (“Membership Fees”). The current prices and tiers are disclosed on the membership upgrade or checkout page and may change from time to time.

• Unless otherwise indicated, each subscription includes an initial term with a one-time charge followed by automatically recurring charges for subsequent terms (e.g., monthly).
• By upgrading, you agree to pay all recurring charges until you cancel.

2) Auto-Renewal Authorization

YOU AUTHORIZE Denverhotwife to automatically charge your selected payment method for the applicable Membership Fees at the start of each renewal term until you cancel. WE MAY SUBMIT PREVIOUSLY AUTHORIZED RECURRING CHARGES (E.G., MONTHLY) WITHOUT ADDITIONAL AUTHORIZATION unless you terminate this authorization in accordance with your plan.

To terminate authorization or change your payment method, log in and go to Settings in your account. Changes may not affect charges already in process.

3) Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account Settings or by contacting billing@denverhotwife.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid term; you will retain access through that term.

4) Refund Policy

ALL PAYMENTS ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE, including for partial periods, unused time, or downgrade of services, unless required by applicable law.

No refunds are provided in cases involving violations of our Terms of Use, Website Guidelines & Code of Conduct, or Prohibited Content/Services policies.

5) Payment Methods & Expired Cards

If a refund is required by law or otherwise expressly authorized by Denverhotwife, please note that we cannot issue refunds to expired or canceled cards. Ensure your payment method is current before requesting any legally required refund.

6) Pricing Changes

We may change Membership Fees and will notify you of any change before your next renewal. Continued use after the effective date of a price change constitutes acceptance.

7) Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting support may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account. Please reach out to billing@denverhotwife.com to resolve any billing concerns.
